We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

During peak seasons (such as holidays or major sales events), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders will be delivered within 2–4 weeks.

United States
Standard Shipping: 7 – 10 business days

Canada
Standard Shipping: 8 – 12 business days

Australia
Standard Shipping: 10 – 14 business days

Please note: These estimates do not include processing time. Customs clearance may add additional delays, especially during peak periods.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@purehydraskin.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
